- Are your boxes new?
- Yes, we only sell high quality new boxes direct from our manufactures.
- Do you give estimates?
- We sure do! We will provide you with a free phone or in home estimate
for all of your moving needs.
- Do you deliver?
- Absolutely! Local deliveries to Tampa, Brandon, Plant City, and
Lakeland, are done usually the next day! Once an order is placed and payment
made, we will contact you to arrange a delivery time. We make every effort
to deliver your order in a timely manner. All deliveries are scheduled with
a three (3) hour window.
- Is there a delivery fee?
- Orders over $75 are delivered to Tampa, Brandon, Plant City, and
Lakeland free of charge!! Orders under $75 or outside of our area are
subject to a $10 delivery fee. Downtown and high-rise deliveries may incur
additional charges if inside delivery is required.
- Is there a sales tax?
- Tax laws require us to collect the sales tax rate of the county where
the product is delivered. The counties we service charge 7% sales tax. When
ordering on-line, we use a standard “shopping cart”, in which sales tax is
calculated at 7%.

- What is your guarantee?
- We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and services. We will
work diligently to resolve any issues that you may have. If you are not
completely satisfied, you can return our products in unused condition within
three (3) business days of delivery. Any used, opened or re-packed products
will not be accepted. Please call customer service at (813) 977-3530 to
authorize a return.
- What is your Buy Back Program?
- It’s our hassle-free program to ease your move! When we say worry-free,
we mean worry-free! You don’t have to keep your unused “discount” boxes.
With Discount Boxes of Tampa Bay, you are able to buy as much as you think
you need then return any unused items for a refund. We will buy back boxes
as long as they are in new condition. Please click
